Winter Chill

Winter Chill is series of a multi-arts performance events held during the cooler winter months in Mparntwe/Alice Springs. With music, spoken word, video art, acrobatics, dance, delicious hot dinner and a cosy fire in our back courtyard, Winter Chill has delivered a rich line-up of local storytellers and performers from diverse disciplines, mouth-watering treats, heart warming stories and hip swaying tunes under the winter desert stars.

First started in 2022 to local acclaim, Winter Chill provides a professional platform to showcase a diverse range of local artists. The event employs an all local crew - from producers to curators, tech, crew, lights, AV, bar and catering - ensuring that money stays within our community and supports our local community. 

Winter Chill celebrates local excellence and the diverse multi-disciplinary arts practices found in Central Australia and Mparntwe from both established and performing artists. Past performers have included:
