Discover smart food waste reduction strategies, including meal planning, proper food storage, and creative ways to use leftovers.
We'll also explore different composting methods—cold composting, worm farms, and Bokashi bins—to help you find the best system for your home. Whether you're new to composting or looking to refine your approach, this session will provide insights into what works best for different lifestyles and spaces.

Faciliator Bio:
Kaz is a qualified Community Development Worker and Trainer with extensive and diverse work experience within the community sector, including work in the homelessness, gender based violence, women’s health, mental health and settlement sectors. Her lifelong passion for edible gardening is influenced by regenerative permaculture design principles and her professional practice is informed by human rights, social justice and feminist principles and analysis.
