Warren H Williams and Family PLUS Alice Springs World Chamber Orchestra feat. Archer & Gleny Rae.

Forty years ago, Warren H Williams performed at the newly opened Araluen Theatre in the very early days of what would become a stellar career as country music singer and songwriter. Countless tours, concerts, hit songs and performances later, Warren H brings it full circle to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Araluen Centre.

Featuring a bunch of new songs in Arrernte and a fresh local band, Warren H will fill the theatre with his distinctive earthy voice on Saturday 15th June. He will be joined by talented family members Janice, Nicholas and Damien singing songs written specifically for this special event.

This very special concert event will also feature the ever popular community group Alice Springs World Chamber Orchestra with very special guest singer Archer. His sonorous baritone voice will float over the sounds of the orchestra parts, arranged by the talented composer Erkki Seltheim. Archer has performed all over the world including the Montreal Jazz Festival,and was well loved in the Music Documentary I’m Wanita, alongside his good friend and fiddle player Gleny Rae who will also sing a couple of her original songs.
