Join Iltja Ntjarra artists Mervyn Rubuntja, Jonathon Price, Carita Coulthard and curator Marisa Maher for an intimate watercolour painting workshop this Desert Mob!

Iltja Ntjarra (Many Hands) Art Centre supports the watercolour artists of the Hermannsburg School movement, who through their art continue to share skills and stories in honour of Albert Namatjira, one of Australia’s most famous 20th century artists. Albert’s long line of elders have maintained this strong tradition for over 80 years.

The artists at Iltja Ntjarra Art Centre depict the stunning beauty of the Tjoritja /West MacDonnell Ranges using diverse techniques and mediums and are renowned for their scenic interpretations in watercolour.

In this popular two-hour workshop, experience, learn and practice your technique with the guidance of painters and descendants of revered artist Albert Namatjira - and take home your own watercolour painting!

This is a ticketed workshop. Limited tickets available.
