Industrial Groove is dance theatre set against the backdrop of Alice Springs’ industrial precinct, where Dusty Feet Dance transform the landscape of metal and machines into a performance space.

Contemporary dance and street choreography meet unexpected stories, blending emotional vulnerability with high-octane beats. As the desert sun dips below the horizon, the performers navigate rusted textures and expansive steel, mirroring the friction between human touch and urban grit. Are we really so different, the artisans and the artists?

Come and experience this new site-specific work by Dusty Feet that reclaims the outskirts of Mparntwe through sweat, rhythm and neon lights.

Seating is limited so please book ahead and dress warmly for this outdoor performance.

Two performances only on Sat July 11 at 6pm and Sunday July 12 at 6pm. Run time is approximately 30 minutes.

Created and devised by Miriam Nicholls and performers: Abby McCrickard, Jasmine Ahwah, Alina Doyle, Jasmine Story and Ruben Newman.
