Join facilitators Jules Billington & Jac Marriott: theatre-makers who have trained internationally with SITI Company, New York, the creators of Viewpoints.


Jules Billington (they/them) is a non-binary theatre maker living on Gadigal land. They work as a director, actor, and performance & movement coach in theatre and film, with a special passion for nurturing emerging artists.
A NIDA graduate, Jules has worked as an actor, director, and performance and movement coach in the Australian theatre and film industry for twenty years.

Jules has extensive training in physical theatre, having been part of Zen Zen Zo’s inaugural Internship in 2003, and then continuing to study and perform with New York based SITI Company in their adaption of The Bacchae, as part of the 2018 Summer Intensive. Jules is an Associate Artist with Chopt Logic, and regularly teaches workshops in Viewpoints, Composition and Devising, Laban and Suzuki. They are currently teaching movement (Suzuki Method) at the Actors Centre Australia.

Jac Marriott (she/her) is theatre-maker living in Mparntwe, Alice Springs.
A graduate of The London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA), Jac has lived and worked across the globe an actor, director, presenter, clown and movement artist.

She has enjoyed a long standing relationship working with Sydney Opera House and Starlight Children’s Foundation as a play facilitator and presenter for each of these organisations. With extensive training in and a passion for physical theatre (Viewpoints, Laban, Butoh & Suzuki), Jac has also worked as a movement artist across both theatre and screen (direction, choreographer, performance and production).

Training and performing highlights include SITI Company (New York) and Dairakudakan (Japan), Daiichiro Leimay (New York).
