Connect to your body to build coping skills, relieve physical tension and safely explore emotions.
Beginning with clinical somatics and trauma informed yoga, moving toward ‘dance movement’ together we will journey through a SMDT structured 5 Part Session, unravelling our felt sense of resistance within the body and co-creating our capacity for softness in an increasingly harsh world.
The session concludes with reflective writing, drawing and conversation as an external processing of your inner movement journey.
All folks welcome, SMDT is for all abilities and adaptable for all participants, no person turned away due to lack of funds.
