Get there from 5pm for a youth block party — free community BBQ, welcome to country, youth advocacy stalls, free haircuts. Inside, catch the incredible Pass the Mic hip-hop competition where local artists compete for the chance to represent the region at the national final in Sydney — and win $25,000.
