A live concert with award-winning singer-songwriter Ella Hooper. Best known for her work in rock band Killing Heidi, Ella is now a flourishing solo artist who releases lyric driven country, folk and Americana. Joining her on guitar, dobro, banjo and harmonica is multi-instrument Michael Hubbard (The Blue Bottles, Eagle and the Worm).
In 'Small Town Temple', Ella delves into rich emotional territories connected to her family, hometown and her childhood. These same themes are weaved together by Ella throughout the show as narrative, telling her sometimes funny, sometimes touching stories in between the songs, making it an intimate, up-close and personal experience for her audiences.
